Mr. Sunil Perera, founder of the company started his construction business on year 2008 as a small scale construction services provider. After his hardworking effort and determination, company become sole proprietorship in year 2013 and was registered as Vikasitha Construction Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Sunil Perera completed so many private and institutional construction projects during the years 2013 to 2023 and began to Expands the company in a Limited liability Company as Vikasitha Construction Pvt Ltd on year 2013.

The year was 2008. A sapling was planted call “Vikasitha Construction”. It was started as sole proprietorship business. By and by this sapling was grown into a huge tree called SS Engineering Services. At the outset, we started to skyscrapers using the latest technical knowledge and through strategic planning, implementation and always assist our clients to select cost effect effective best architectural solutions according to their needs.
